We aim to provide the best service, but if something goes wrong, the following refund policy applies:


Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued when:

  • The product is damaged or leaked

  • The wrong product is delivered

  • The product is expired

  • The order is canceled before shipping

  • The item is out of stock


Non-Refundable Items

Refund is NOT applicable for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Temperature-controlled medicines

  • Prescription medicines (unless damaged/counterfeit)

  • Personal care & hygiene items

  • Discounted or promotional items


Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket)

  • Bank transfer

  • Store credit (if requested)

Refund processing time: 1–7 business days.


Sobuz Pharmacy – Return Policy

Returns are accepted under certain conditions.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is physically damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • The expiry date is too close

  • The seal is broken upon delivery

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened medicines

  • Chilled/temperature sensitive items

  • Baby food, formula milk

  • Personal hygiene items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Provide order details & photos

  • We will verify and arrange a return pickup (if applicable)

  • Everywhere inside Bangladesh

  • Same-day delivery available inside selected city areas


Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–24 hours

  • Outside Dhaka: 24–72 hours
    (Subject to courier availability)

Delivery charges depend on:

  • Weight

  • Courier service

Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.


Lost or Damaged Shipment
